"Project Management is a Combination of Organization Skills, Experience, Problem Solving and Most Important; Your Skilled Trades."
When assigned to a construction project once the design has been completed, whether this is done by going through a bidding process with different contractors, or the client has requested a design build project exclusive to APS. Project management is the key to any project running smoothly from start to finish. It’s a combination of planning, directing and coordinating jobs from start to finish. Whether clients are requesting budgets, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, all activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems are coordinated through project managers.
PMs are the most creative pros in the world; we have to figure out everything that could go wrong, before it does – Fredrik Haren
